Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to digital workout programmes and add-on services purchased from Lifepurification Ltd via lifepurification.world. It should be read alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Digital content and cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase of digital content without giving a reason, starting from the day after purchase.
If you request immediate access to programme content during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once delivery of the digital content has begun, provided you have given express consent and acknowledged this consequence before purchase.
2. Subscription cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
To cancel, use your account settings or email service@lifepurification.world with your account email and programme name.
3. Refund eligibility
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Within the 14-day cooling-off period, where digital content delivery has not yet commenced.
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that we cannot resolve within 5 working days.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Partial months of an active subscription after content has been accessed.
- One-off add-on services once delivery has been completed.
- Change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired and content has been delivered.
4. How to request a refund
Email service@lifepurification.world with:
- Your full name and account email.
- Order or subscription reference (if available).
- Reason for the refund request.
- Date of purchase.
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and aim to process approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.
5. Custom session packs
Custom session packs are prepared individually. A full refund is available if work has not yet commenced. Once session preparation has started, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, reflecting work completed.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
